Polygon Crypto began as a personal project with the goal of expanding my design skills beyond familiar boundaries, and also my front-end skills. It is a website tailored to cryptocurrency enthusiasts who seek real-time updates on prices and market trends.
At the website, users can easily convert values between various cryptocurrencies, making it convenient to stay up to date with the ever-changing exchange rates. Whether you want to calculate the value of Bitcoin in Ethereum or determine the worth of any other supported cryptocurrency, our platform provides a hassle-free conversion experience. Polygon Crypto also provides daily updates on the top-performing currencies, highlighting the ones that have experienced the most significant value gains.

Process
For this project, I had a basic idea of what I wanted it to look like. I decided to create a mood board that matched the vibe I was lookign for, to stay focused and inspired. The mood board became a helpful source of inspiration whenever I needed it, guiding me towards the right aesthetic and atmosphere.
Low Fidelity Wireframes
To kickstart the creative process, I began by crafting basic wireframes with low fidelity. These rough wireframes helped me visualize and refine the positioning of all the items in the page, both desktop and mobile.
High Fidelity Wireframes
I made the initial wireframes more visually appealing by adding imagery, colors, and fonts that reflected the mood board's inspiration. I aimed for a modern and lively atmosphere, drawing from a neon nightlife vibe. The color scheme mainly consisted of shades of blue, purple, and pink, creating a vibrant and eye-catching design.
The Outcome
In summary, Polygon Crypto is a straightforward yet practical one-page website. It strikes a balance between simplicity and functionality, offering users a seamless experience. The carefully crafted visuals lend a modern and captivating aesthetic to the platform.
